The song described by Jon: "Stations [is] about getting to a point in your life where you sort of think you've got it together. But then you don't have it together, because you realize that you've still got a lot of growing up to do - or changing you do. It's talking about change I think, which essentially is a theme that runs through a lot of my music. We played it at Gerald Dwyer's funeral and that was pretty fucking nerve-racking.
