It is with regret that the UCSA wishes to advise that the Sweet Picks event has been cancelled. The event organiser, Mission Controlled, has informed the UCSA that it is no longer able to meet its contractual obligations. For those students that have already purchased O week passes they have the options of: 1. Receiving a total refund of $85.00 or 2. Receiving a $30 value replacement on your purchase. This is made up of: a. Partial refund to the value of $10.00 cash b. $10.00 UCSA voucher c. The opportunity of purchasing a discounted ticket ($15.00) to the Potbelliez gig on the 27th March in the UCSA Ballroom. For those O Week passes purchased from this point forward: 1. The O Week passes have been re valued at $75.00. a. The purchaser will also receive a $10.00 UCSA voucher b. The opportunity of purchasing a discounted ticket ($15.00) to the Potbelleez gig on the 27th March in the UCSA Ballroom. NB: In order to take advantage of the discounted ticket offer your O-Week ticket must be presented at the time of purchasing your Potbelliez ticket. The refunds can be processed at Unimart in the UCSA Building. The UCSA unreservedly apologises for the cancellation, however it would also like to point out that it is outside of its control.
