Philadelphia is the home of the 'Phili Cheese Steak' . This is when you put cheese (normal or 'whiz' which is a bright yellow cheesey spread), onions and lots and lots of beef into a bread roll. not for vegetarians or people prone to heart attacks but very tasty none the less. Met Psycho Bob outside the club who claims to be Pacifier's #1 US fan and after checking out his web-site I believe him. very cool. Bought "24 Hour Party People" on DVD. if you haven't seen it, check it out. It covers the history of the Factory record label from Manchester that had bands like Joy Division, New Order and the Happy Mondays. Very insightful and funny as fuck. Show was awesome. Did a guitar solo on top of Psycho Bob's head and met some very good people afterwards. still cold.
